DisruptHR has grown organically from its first event in Cleveland in 2014 to over 130 annual events in 100 cities worldwide. Over 1000 speakers do rapid pace well-prepared talks to over 25,000 attendees. The events are unique in both the disruptive (innovative) nature of the content and the opportunity we offer to speakers generally not available at other events. We understand as sponsors you have many choices of venues. We seek your sponsorship as a member of the community who supports HR innovation and want to help the DisruptHR SF volunteer team produce these events.

 

The average attendance per event is about 180 – mostly mid-level HR talent who thrive on hearing and participating in new ideas to improve how we manage people. We are proud of the quality of our speakers who are selected from a large pool of applicants. Sponsors will also have an opportunity to speak during the event and will be provided our cumulative list of greater than 700 attendees.
